When Round Gets in the Way.
EDGE™ Chisel Series Laminar Flow TIG Cups are designed for tight-clearance and restricted-access TIG welding where round cup geometry can limit torch position, tungsten placement, or shielding coverage.
The narrow rectangular profile helps get the tungsten where it needs to be while providing a long, directional shielding area that can be indexed to match the weld.

Indexable Directional Shielding
The EDGE adapter system allows the Chisel cup to rotate and index independently of the threaded gas-lens connection while maintaining a secure, gas-tight fit.
This allows the rectangular profile to be positioned for the weld geometry, torch angle, travel direction, available clearance, or automated setup.
EDGE Laminar Flow
Chisel Series cups incorporate our proprietary EDGE Diffuser to condition and distribute shielding gas through the rectangular outlet.
Combined with the indexable rectangular profile, EDGE Laminar Flow provides controlled, directional shielding for difficult-access TIG applications.
