The EDGE MAXSHIELD™ 2-Cup TIG Kit is built for welders who need greater shielding gas coverage, extended tungsten capability, or additional shielding when welding titanium and other reactive materials.

Combining the #15 and #23 EDGE Laminar Flow Pyrex cups, this kit provides two levels of large-area shielding coverage without requiring a case full of cup sizes you may not need. Components for both 9/20/25 and 17/18/26 series TIG torches are included and matched to your selected tungsten size.

  • #15 Pyrex Laminar Flow Cup – A versatile large-coverage cup for mild steel, stainless steel, chromoly, and other applications where increased shielding coverage or tungsten extension is beneficial. In a controlled environment, tungsten extension of up to approximately 3 inches may be possible. Suggested flowmeter starting point: 30 SCFH.

  • #23 Pyrex Laminar Flow Cup – Designed for demanding applications requiring a substantially larger shielding envelope, including titanium and other reactive materials. In stable, controlled conditions, tungsten extension of up to approximately 4.5 inches may be possible. Suggested flowmeter starting point: 50 SCFH.

• EDGE universal GL adapter with O-rings (fits both torch systems)

• 2 Series gas lens + collet (for WP-9, WP-20, WP-25)

• 4 Series stubby gas lens + collet (for WP-17, WP-18, WP-26)

• PTFE thermal spacers (for use with 9/20/25 series torches)

All components are matched to your selected tungsten size.
